Refund & Exchange Policy

At Lil Cubs, we do not offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges under the conditions outlined below to ensure customer satisfaction.

No Refund Policy

  • Lil Cubs follows a strict no-refund policy.
  • Refunds are not offered in cash, bank transfer, or original payment method under any circumstances.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The article must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchange requests must be initiated by contacting our Customer Representative Service Team.

Size Exchange

  • Size exchanges are facilitated on customer request.
  • The customer must contact our team, communicate the size issue, and ship the article back to our address.
  • Once the returned article is received, a new size/article will be dispatched within 3–4 working days.
  • We facilitate customers in both scenarios:
    • If the size mistake is from Lil Cubs, we will bear the delivery charges.
    • If the size issue is from the customer’s side, the customer will bear the delivery charges.

Fabric, Stain, or Damage Exchange

  • If the exchange request is based on fabric issues, stains, or damage, the customer must first share clear pictures or videos as proof with our team.
  • After approval, the customer may ship the article to our address.
  • Our Quality Control Team will inspect the returned item:
    • If the issue is genuine, the outfit will be replaced and a new article will be shipped within 3–4 working days.
    • If the issue is found to be non-genuine or caused by the customer, the same article will be returned to the customer.

Delivery Charges

  • If the issue or mistake is from Lil Cubs, we will cover all delivery charges.
  • If the exchange is requested due to customer preference or error, delivery charges will be paid by the customer.
