Orders & Confirmation

  • All orders placed on LilCubs.pk are subject to confirmation via WhatsApp or email.

  • Lil Cubs reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or verification issues.

  • Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available nationwide.

  • Any promotional offers or discounts are time-limited and cannot be claimed after expiry.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually dispatched same day or next working day after confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–3 working days, depending on location.

  • Delays due to national holidays, strikes, weather conditions, or regional issues are beyond our control.

Exchange Policy Reference

  • Lil Cubs follows a strict no-refund policy.

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving the order, subject to conditions mentioned in our Refund & Exchange Policy.

  • Delivery charges for exchanges will be handled based on whether the issue is from Lil Cubs or the customer.

Product Information

  • We strive to display product images, colors, and details as accurately as possible.

  • Minor color variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

  • Product measurements may have slight variations.

Misuse & False Claims

  • Any false claims regarding fabric defects, stains, or damage will result in rejection of exchange.

  • If an issue is found to be caused by customer misuse, the same article will be returned to the customer.

Intellectual Property

  • All website content, images, designs, logos, and text are the property of Lil Cubs.

  • Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Privacy

  • Customer information is handled according to our Customer Privacy Policy.

  • Lil Cubs does not sell or misuse customer data.

Legal Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved under Pakistani jurisdiction.
